Currently, this site serves as a place for my resume and portfolio, but I intend to add a resources section that’ll contain the tips and tricks that come along the way.
About TJ
Though I tend to find myself working post production much of the time, I’m also very active with many different mediums. From print to web, and video board to HDTV, if it holds text or graphics, there’s a good chance I’ve formatted content for it.
For lack of a better all-encompassing term, I consider myself an interactive media producer. I’m perfectly at ease to go from editing one day, to motion design the next, and web development after that. I enjoy both the challenge and the satisfaction that I adapt easily and learn quickly.
It’s not that I don’t want to specialize in something, it’s just that, at least so far, it doesn’t suit my interests. Working in interactive media, I’ve found that more often than not, I have to wear more than one hat, so being able to work in multiple disciplines at a professional level has proven necessary.
In my spare time, I’m working on a client management web site which, among other things, will allow secure posting of client proofs in many formats (Quicktime, PDF, JPEG, etc.), client comments and online approvals, and two-way file transfer from within the web browser (no FTP needed).
